I, like many people, feel I have the next big idea. But I also have so many darn questions about licensing that I don't really know if I'll ever be able share my ideas with the rest of the world and not have it stolen out from under me.

Does anyone have a mental or physical check list they use when starting the whole licensing aspect of this business? And if so, what is it? Thanks.
