fuel saver device 3 Months, 1 Week ago  
I bought a fuel saver device on the internet from a guy who makes them from his home and sells on ebay. I'm wondering since he doesn't have a patent or license if I could marketit to a manufacturer who would mass produce for retail auto parts stores. How do I go about it? Thanks.

ABSOLUTELY! You could either work a deal with that person to "Rep" his product line, or you could take it to a factory to have them made and Rep it on your own behalf. Be sure to do your research on other possible patents that he may be infringing on also before you go to ANY expense.
