Located in the heart of the bluegrass, the Central Kentucky Inventors Council is a non-profit organization that helps bring inventors together to network with other inventors, entrepreneurs and other creative people. Through this power of connections with others, along with educating members on topics as diverse as intellectual property development, prototyping, marketing, and more, inventors can gain the tools necessary to bring their idea to a reality.

Open Public Meetings

A variety of speakers and topics are featured at our monthly meetings, ranging from the front lines of emerging technologies to the basics of marketing; from how to resource materials for a prototype to how to conduct a product presentation. These meetings are free and open to the public.

MONTHLY INVENTORS WORKSHOP

Inventor's Workshop

Members of the CKIC have access to our separate monthly workshop meeting held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. This workshop is designed to help the inventor move from the idea stage through the invention process, by allowing for inventors to discuss and learn from constructive information concerning their ideas in a free and unencumbered, legally binding format.
