At Ideal Prototypes our Mission is to provide outstanding prototypes in a timely manner utilizing a powerful CAD/CAM software while delivering top quality products.
 
SPECIALTY

Our prototype shop specializes in R&D projects, prototypes and small quantity production runs. We have the ability to machine complex plastic or metal parts utilizing a full featured machine shop including a 5-axis machining center.

 
   

Typical machining tolerances = +/- 0.002 " (+/- 0.05mm)

Smallest diameter hole = 0.015" (0.381mm)

Smallest radius inner curve detail = 0.0075" (0.19mm)
