Detailed Description of Invention: There is innovation profitably for both the manufacture and customers. The revolutionary method of designs creates MDUFEE shift gearboxes with dramatically reduced manufacturing costs by reducing the numbers of parts for each machine that needs to change gears. In addition, each vehicle based on land, water and air, heavy-duty equipment could increase maneuverability. The customer saves money by dramatically improving fuel economy of vehicles and reducing the electricity consumption of machine tools and conveyers. The environment has dramatically reduced emissions from increasing number of vehicles at each year. Unfortunately, the engine power of lightweight vehicle with existing transmission is increased so that its function of levers does not need (it works like clutch) that ignore Physics law of lever for save energy of engine. How do you define the extra power of your car? It is very easy to compare by two ways. First is the full loaded your car must move at lowest gear (first speed) from stop as full loaded heavy-duty truck. The second way is power and full weight of your car must compare to full loaded heavy-duty truck (80,000 lb) and the average power of 400 HP. May be the increased power of engine necessary for maneuverability of vehicle on street for sport? The main reason is different. Two automatic transmissions as torque converter and continuous variable are created without brakes that must timely reduce the higher angular moment inertia of torque converter disk or two pullers with belt masses and get higher torque with lower revolution . These automatic transmission designs without friction brakes are created do not according to First Newton Law of inertia. What will do? The practice of many years ago have showed only genial idea of gear teeth timely change gear from high to lower revolution without brakes and levers of the shift gearbox could cut the excessive power of engines. We development the shift gearbox design so that one is very profitable for both the manufacture and customers but process of development no stoppen and third patent application is patent pending. The 260 mutually definite units of energy for forced energy economy (MDUFEE) shift gearbox families(above 1,000 designs) are in patent pending process. Part of full application have disclosed on website http://ep.espacenet.com or esp@cenet.com by # WO2008027346 in European Patent Office (full amended application demands non-disclosure agreement). The basic method of designs is protected by US patent # 7,191,676 up to 2028 year and have disclosed on website www.uspto.gov. Each design has less number of gears up to 40% of gear number in existing gearbox design. Less number of shafts available if it replaces existing gearbox comprising four and more shafts. This revolutionary technology has well-known parts are produced by existing manufactures. These designs opens opportunity to use plastic or non-metal material. The sufficient number of overdrive speeds of FEE limits or eliminates the need for conventional acceleration system. Other words, engine shaft has the low revolution up to idle speed in processes of vehicle acceleration and movement. There is condition to reduce power and wear of the engine and to use cheap material for engine. An unusual method creates MDUFEE gearbox producing revolutions of engine shaft from highest speed up to zero as speed range of an electric motor. For example MDUFEE gearbox produces 144 forward and 48 reverse torques and overdrive speeds by 26 gears that have three gears less than quantity of gears of the existing gearbox of 18 forward and 2 reverse speeds. It increases power of engine or increases the revolution of engine shaft up to 5x5x5x5x5x5=15,625 times. Seven unusual compound MDUFEE gearbox families of vehicle drives part time front wheels and rear wheels, then two-three pairs of wheels (4x4 - 6x6) both to forward and backward. One state-of-art design has two engines with two small powers only for acceleration of vehicle that additionally cuts fuel consumption and emission.
