Abstract of Invention: This do it yourself application which can be produced through wet lay up, laminate press, autoclave or closed mold production. Based on the findings Detailed Description of Invention: A three tiered sandwich tile which can be produced through various manufacturing processes like: wet lay-up, lamination press, autoclave or closed molding. The tiles themselves provide quality insulation for sound and energy, and can be used on walls, ceilings and floors; with a tested and proven sound reduction rating of 50%. This tile is designed two to reduce noise at high and low frequencies for even sound reduction. Estimated start up costs for 10,000 units is approximately $4.81 per square foot. Study and Final Report performed by the University of Dartmouth Advanced Tech Center, and can be provided upon request.
