Abstract of Invention: This 3 hole paper punch has 2 handles. One to punch paper and a second handle to push punches back through paper holes so it does not jam. Detailed Description of Invention: When using a 3 hole punch, many times people use its maximum capacity or even exceed it.� The problem does not arise from getting the holes punched but when the handle is released the metal punch gets stuck inside the paper holes and does not retract. If the hole punch had a small handle at the bottom which operated another set of three metal prongs, those three prongs could push the metal punches up through the stack of paper.� The metal prongs on the bottom would be smaller in diameter than the hole punch so that there was no danger that they would get stuck in the stack of paper as well.
